After marrying in Tuscany in 2013, we returned to Italy last year for a road trip around the beautiful Tuscan villages of Assisi, Cortona, Montepulciano, Chianti and (my favourite) Lucca. I could take photos of Tuscany forever!

LOVE these photos. I have only been to Italy during our honeymoon. We visited Rome (and wished we hadn’t), and went into the countryside to visit a small village – the name escapes me. One day we will return…
Rome is beautiful, don’t get me wrong, but it’s a historic beauty. Tuscany is just serene. One of the reasons we decided to get married there!
Great post and pictures. Reminds me of the night I spent in the walled city of Montepulciano a few years ago, and had a great time enjoying a beautiful sunset over the valley and a nice glass of red wine.
I’ve always wanted to visit Rome but your pictures make me want to visit Tuscany instead. Can’t stop looking!
These photos are amazing!
I’ll be in Rome and Venice for 4 or 5 days this summer. These pictures are really getting me excited to go!
My word! This is stunning! Belated congratulations on your 2013 wedding. Driving around Tuscany (or Italian countryside) has always been on my bucket list. Looking at your photos just makes me want to pack up my bags asap!
Brilliant photos, it looks perfect and what a beautiful destination to get married too!
You have, amazing pictures here..!! 🙂
